The straw pops right into the cap once you pull the valve out, and now I can drink without stopping mid-run. Pinching the base to remove it takes a second, no wrestling with it.

Didn't realize how awkward it was tilting my flask mid-run until I added this straw. Now I just sip without breaking stride, and pinching the base pops it right off for cleaning.

The straw fits right into the cap once you pull the valve out, and it makes drinking mid-run way less awkward since I don't have to tilt the flask so far. Pinching the base to remove it takes a second to figure out, but it stays put while I'm actually running.
