FuelFlask™ 150ml 2-Pack

Swapping between the gel cap and the liquid cap mid-run is way easier than I expected, and having four caps for two flasks means I'm not stuck rinsing one out between uses. They sit tight in my vest pockets too, no leaking so far.

I've been using these for my marathon training and they slip into my running vest without any bounce. The 150ml size is just right for a quick gel or sip during a race.

The two-cap setup is what sold me—I use the gel cap for long runs and the liquid cap on the bike, so nothing leaks in my vest. Both flasks fit my run belt without bouncing, and 150ml is just enough for a half marathon.
