Polar™ Sport 24oz/700ml, Contender

I’ve been using this squeeze bottle during my training sessions, and the 24oz size is just right. The easy-squeeze design lets me hydrate without breaking stride, and it really keeps my water cold through the whole workout.

The spout flips open with one thumb, which makes mid-game hydration feel second nature. It keeps water cold for a full practice session, though the 24oz size could be a bit bulky for smaller hands. Works well for what it’s built for.

I liked how easy it is to squeeze a steady stream of water without much effort, though the insulation could be a tad better for really long workouts.
