I was a little skeptical about the push-pull mechanism at first, but the seal is genuinely leak-proof in my gym bag. The stream is strong and consistent, making it super easy to chug water during breaks.

Swapped this onto my 20oz squeeze bottle and the pull-up nozzle gives a nice steady stream without me having to bite down on anything. The push-down seal hasn't leaked once in my gym bag, which is more than I can say for the cap it replaced.

Finally stopped losing caps on hikes — this one twists on snug and the pull-up stream is actually smooth, no dribbling down my chin. Push it closed and it sits tight even bouncing in a pack pocket.
